| Here, we have begun to archive Obituaries (but not Death Notices) which have been published in the Poughkeepsie Journal during the previous week.
You may search this archive, which begins as of January 11, 1999 by name (first or last), by keyword (such as "IBM") or by date.
We are in the process of adding obituaries to this archive, and plan to go back as far as August, 1998. (Currently, there's a December, '98 gap).
Try not to search using conflicting information. For example, if you search for "Jones" and by a specific date, only those individuals named "Jones" who were interred on that date will appear in the result. If no Joneses were ever at that funeral home, you will get no results.
